The White Food Diet
Once you have had your teeth whitened it is best to stick to a mainly white diet for 24 hours to avoid any discolouration.
You can drink:
- Still/sparkling water
 - Skimmed milk
 - Tonic water
 - Lemonade
 - White wine
 - Any alcohol that is clear: Vodka, Gin, Malibu
 
You can eat:
- Chicken (dry or boiled with no fat on)
 - Turkey
 - White fish
 - Rice
 - Pasta
 - Caulliflour
 - Cottage cheese
 - Mashed potatoe
 - Baked potatoe (without skin)
 - Boiled potatoe
 - Rice crispies
 - Pitta bread (white)
 - Bananas
 - Bread
 
Avoid drinking:
- Tea
 - Coffee
 - Cola
 - Fizzy drinks
 - Orange juice
 - Beer
 - Red wine
 - Any drinks that are coloured
 
Avoid eating:
- Carrots
 - Peas
 - Brocollio
 - Sweetcorn
 - Beetroot
 - Sprouts
 - Mushrooms
 - Green beans
 - Tomatoes
 - Lettuce
 - Anything with wheat in
 - Bread
 - Fruit
 - Cream
 - Margerine/butter
 - Chocolate
 - Sweets
 
You should also avoid smoking for at least 24 hours. Smokers can use electronic cigarettes. Please do not use coloured mouthwash or toothpaste.
